[CM] Welcome Flash Marquee (Below Forums)

This is just a simple FLASH MARQUEE welcome, for your members!
It is placed below your forums, right in between "MARK FORUM READ" and "FORUM LEADERS! I made this ADDON for vBulletin 4.x, but the different between these 2 ADDONS is, that I failed to make it same s vBulletion 4.x! On vBulletin 4.x you can choose to change your HTML code, even as iFrame!




First and Important thing, Download the welcome.zip file from the attachment, inside the zip file is your "welcome.swf" flash marquee text file, Upload the welcome.swf to your forum ROOT!

If you wanted to use another flash text, just go to "http://www.flashvortex.com" and look for Scrolling Led, which is the exact flash marquee we are using.


Remember that it has to be 405px width and 39px height. After generating your flash, DOWNLOAD the swf flash file and rename it to welcome.swf! After upload it to your forum root!

NOTICE: One thing that "http://www.Flashvortex.com" will always generate the code with the end of the file as SWF with big letters, and you should always remember to change it back to smalle letters swf, like welcome.swf.. Many have made this mistake and couldnt make it work, because of a simple mistake!

No go to your backend ADMINCP, down to Plugins & Products. Click on Manage Products, and Add / Import Product.. Click on it, and after that click on "Browse" look for the XML product file named product-flashmarqueetext.xml.

Click IMPORT.. and your DONE..

You can ENABLE and DISABLE the Marquee text from your ADMINCP (vBulletin Options)! Look for Flash Marquee Text, and you will see the options inside!
