Features:
you can select any forum to make it limit thread for selected user groupsand can`t write any more thread until his count of threads is full
must wait for administrator or moderator to remove thread or move it.
it`s very useful in developmental forums
Options:
1. Advanced option limit for each forumid.
2. Select specific groups to enable mod for it.
