Password Forums all Users / Usergroups (vBulletin 4x)

** What this will do:
All users no matter the usergroup must enter a password to a forum that has a password.

** Default Install of VB allows:
Administrator = can see all do all - passwords on forum are useless.
Super Mod = can see all do all - passwords on forum are useless.
Forum Mod = can see all do all - passwords on forum are useless on the forums they mod.

** History / Story
It fits my needs. I hosted a forum for on-line gamers that wish to have a password protected forum. I have Admins and Super Mods (multi-clan mixture) that helped run the site that should not have access to forums with a password.

I also have an issue telling someone that they have a private area that requires a password, and it not be true.
