Should work with any vb version.

Title = Sparkle Code
BB Code Tag Name = sparkle
Replacement
Description = Sparkling a text
Use {option} = No
Button Image (Optional) = Leave empty or Try to Create a Button and Add it
Remove Tag If Empty = Yes
Disable BB Code Within This BB Code = No
Disable Smilies Within This BB Code = Yes
Disable Word Wrapping Within This BB Code = No
Upload the attached Image or try to find any other image from the net and upload it inside your misc directory of your vbulletin Location ( By Default images/misc directory )
and rename the image to sparkle.gif
If it does not work please tell me , as i have just made it up
