VIP Tools is a very simple mod that is a cinch to install.

- Install VIP Tools Product
- Setup usergroups and the other options to your likings
- Any usergroup you select in the options can bypass the server busy message.
- You can select the number of users before a busy message is flagged.
- You can select to show a link on the navbar that links to subscriptions.
- You can select to show VIP info about the subscriptions (edit template).
- Users can still go to register.php and payments.php regardless of server busy, this way they can sign up and become VIP.
