SM Prevent Editing of Staff Messages

Description:
This will prevent your moderators to edit messages of super moderators or administrators and super moderators to edit messages of administrators.
Features:
- Enabling / disabling the product.
- Selecting the usergroupids of those you don't want their posts to be edited.
Installation:
All you need to do is importing the product and enabling it via AdminCP.
Note:
Questions from users that have not clicked install button will be considered as low priority or may not be answered.
