This modification is a completely rewritten version of the one that magnus has released.
This version has the duplicate functionality of the thread rating box found here on vbulletin.org.
Once a member has rated the thread, the result of their rating (or the average if there is more than one rating) will replace the rating fields.
This version does not interupt the inline elements or quick reply.
My reason for releasing this version is so that I can update/correct it if anyone happens to find an issue I am not experiencing.
I don't care if you click install. if you do though, and a correction has been made, you will be notified.
