This was requested by LanciaStratos here.
It checks whether or not the thread is "fresh" (IE no replies) by adding one extra query, then if it is, updates the thread creation date and last post.
I added that check because without it, threads being sent to moderation for other reasons would have their dateline broken.
Has been tested and working on 3.0.7, but should work on 3.0.x
