Here it is by me :
Open up the navbar template and find:

Replace with:

Replace the pmbg.gif with your image of use this one if its allowed..

I have refined it to be user-selectable via a custom profile field. The attached TXT file details the instructions for installing. (Rating: Easy)

You should select one of the attached IMG files (or make your own).

Note that this is my first hack, so I have exactly ZERO idea how to post it here (any insight would be MOST welcome!) But I've tested it, and it works great.
