I needed this on my forum. Mods' were doing whatever they liked and were causing chaos. This adds a page with a handbook on how to use the modCP and what the tools do, along with the thread tools.
You may changethe rules to suit your own liking
And this is my 2nd hack; so don't expect anything great.
Tell me any lines you want added to the handbook to help others
And this works on all vBulletin versions that are or above vB 3.0.0
