This hack protects usergroups and the users within the usergroups!

This works for ALL VERSIONS of vBulletin 3!
If you installed v1.0 please reinstall v1.5 as it is a complete overhaul and has major fixes!

Usergroup Protection
- Only Superadmins can make a admin/supermod usergroup.
Usergroup Protection
- Cannot edit or remove usergroups that are protected.
- Cannot add new users.
User Protection (users within the usergroup [primary or secondary])
- Cannot edit users.
- Cannot delete users.
This works for ALL VERSIONS of vBulletin 3!
