My first hack ever so please be kind
http://feedvalidator.org/docs/rss2.html Various Newsreaders already support that.
This hack gets all his information from your vBulletin settings. Install it and it will work without any further work. Nice isn't it?
Sorry I don't get it. What does it do!?
http://izynews.de/de/dir/14.htm <- See that little images? The website searches for that images within the Newsfeed and adds it to their directory.
Is there a demo?

Is this hack difficult to install?
No, not really
The installation file has 4 steps and only 3 things need to be added to the external.php in order to make it work.
What else needs to be done?
Notes:
http://feedvalidator.org/ validates the new 'function' but it has some other problems with the vBulletin generated Feed.
