Refer Friend
For some reason, there is no "Refer a Friend" form standard in vB3.
This is a simple "Refer a Friend" form based on sendmessage.php.
All you need is to edit 1 PHP file - sendmessage.php, and add 1 template.
Instructions are in the HTML zipped below.
