Upgrade to 2.2.2 From 2.2.1

This file contains all the changes you must make to upgrade your forums to 2.2.2 from 2.2.1. I have used this on my forums and it has worked successfully. Unfortunately we will unable to provide support for this, if you are getting errors then you may have applied the change in the wrong place. Make sure you backup your files and database before doing this. Once you have changed all the files you must upload them plus the new vBulletin.style upgrade15.php and some other files which were changed too extensively to justify a list of all the changes.
