Allows users to set the status for a thread via the Thread Tools menu in forums selected by admin configuration.

* INSTALLATION *
-----------------------
1) Import the product XML file (product-thrdstatus.xml) into the Product Manager in AdminCP.
2) Go to ACP->Settings->Options->Thread Status Settings
3) Set the options as you would like them to be.

- Allow thread starter to change thread status.
- Allow usergroups to change thread status.
- 6 Admin configurable thread statuses.
- Select whether or not to auto close thread for each thread status.
- Configure the color of each thread status as shown in forum and thread display.
- Select which forums should use the thread status system.
- Select whether or not thread status will be displayed on Forumhome page.
- Select which usergroups can view the thread status.
