Rules Based Automated Moderation
This mod allows the administrator to set an unlimited number of granular rules defining criteria by which users are automatically moderated, or exempted from automatic moderation.
These rules can be applied per forum, per thread, or per specific user as necessary. The rules can evaluate the user's reputation, infraction count, warning count, post count, number of visible/approved posts already in the thread, days registered, whether they're in a specific user group, whether they're not in a specific user group, or be set to always apply by default. Those same rules and targeting can be applied to create exclusions to your other rules so can do something as specific as moderate all posts in a specific forum, but allow users to post unmoderated in a specific thread or series of threads in that forum, but only if they have a reputation above a certain threshold. Using the "approved" posts feature you can basically set it up so after you've moderated a certain number of posts and approved them the user is considered no longer probationary and free to auto post, or that users above a certain post count cease being moderated. The combinations and potential uses are near limitless. Installation is typical; Upload files in the upload folder, install XML from your product manager. A new navigation option will be added to the AdminCP under Moderation entitled "Targeted Moderation". As quick as that you're ready to begin crafting your rules. The page has built in help to walk you through the options and how they interact. Download
