Allow moderators to move threads to a "Recycle Bin" forum
Installation:
- Upload all files in folder upload to ther respective directories on your webserver.
- Go to ACP / Plugins & Products / Manage Products and import product_recyclebin.xml
Settings-> Options-> Recycle Bin
