I finally made this to an XML Product, after getting help from Scanu, an amazing guy who have helped me on here since day 1. Now its much easier to install!
This is called a Post-Bubble, Choose between 5 to 6 different Colors, and 2 Different Style. Plus 11 styles for Dark Templates and 11 for Light Templates. You have now 22 Different Styles, and can choose between SHARP and ROUNDED corners! All the 22 Different Products are inside the Zip file. So if you have a template with DARK background then dont worry, you can use this also for dark templates. It has an ENABLE and DISABLE option in your admincp vBulletin Options,
Now the important it your tips, because each TIP is made to work with an XML file, and choosing another Tip
in different color will not fit your Theme!Example Image
So lets get started:
First of all download the PostBubble.zip from the Attachments.
There are 2 Folders inside with 2 different Shapes and Colores.
PostBubble.zip Contains 2 Folders and the files below:

A folder called "tip"
There are 2 folders called "tip". One inside the Dark Theme folder and one inside the Light Theme folder, which is very important for your PostBubbles. And this is a TIP ---> First of all download the PostBubble.zip from the Attachments.
There are 2 Folders inside with 2 different Shapes and Colores.
PostBubble.zip Contains 2 Folders and the files below:

A folder called "tip"
And you start uploading one of the tip folders to your forums images folder!
If you are going to use the light theme, then upload the tip which is inside the light theme folder. And if your are going to use the dark theme, then upload the tip from the dark theme folder.. All to your forum and images folder.
Installing the PostBubbles:
Thats it, Now go to your ADMINCP and scroll down to Plugins & Products and Product Manager! Now Upload or IMPORT one of the XML PRODUCT files, and click IMPORT to Import it!AND WE ARE DONE.... Please dont forget to click on Installed if you did install this addon!
Now once again, Dont Forget to upload one of the "tip" folders to your IMAGES folder in your forums root, befor importing the xml file,
