Description:
Very simple modification that disables Quick Reply when a User is viewing a Private Message. Created for someone on vBulletin.com that wanted the option.

- Simply download the .xml file that is attached.
- Upload using Product Manager.
- The setting is located at AdminCP -> Options -> Private Messaging Options.
