Description:
This hack will stop your users from voting on polls until they reach a certain post count in your forums. Pretty much everything in this modification is configurable. Choose whether the modification is active, how many posts are needed, which groups are affected and even set a custom error message.

Installation:
- Download the product xml below and import from Admin CP through the Product Manager
- Adjust settings by going to Admin CP -> vBulletin Settings -> Minimum Post Count Required To Vote In Polls
