• Spam reducer, as most spammers don't post more than 5 posts.

• Ability to define how many posts a member needs to post live links. (Default is 5)
• Ability to exclude forum ids from this product. (Default is 0) NEW
• Ability to exclude usergroup ids from this product. (Default is 0) NEW
• Users get an error message explaining why they can't a live link yet.
• Does not interfere with coded links. [CODE]
• You're able to edit the error message phrase.
