What does this template edit do?
It posts an important thread e.g Breaking News in first part of all forum pages.
How to install?
1- Open navbar template
2- at the end of the template add :
3- Edit what is green in color in code above (thread url and title)
4- Upload breaking.gif (attached) to the image folder of your site root
5- mark as installed here
