This modification by Getamped 1404 (Tiểu Bá Vương 1404).
I get ideas from this topic : http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?threadid=262079 but my code will make you pleasure than.
Simply, it will split your editor form into two parts, the editor and add the options.
I just tested on vBulletin 4.1.2, 4.1.3, I think it can work on 4.1.x.
Additionally, I don't test on fixed style, so, if have bug, I can't support ! Sorry ! It work on fluid style !

Install :
1. Go to StyleVars -> form_maxWidth, set : % and 100.
2. Go to Edit Templates :
- New Posting Templates -> newthread (newthread.txt).
- New Posting Templates -> newreply (newreply.txt).
- editpost (editpost.txt).
Download Edit_Templates.zip, unzip to see code, I can't write in this post because it too long characters !
P.S : Very simply, you've got a new style for your editor form!
