This plug-in verifies each paid subscription before the actual payment with automated phone calls. The verification is done just before the redirection to the payment processor.
In order to install and setup the plug-in, follow these steps:

Call in Reverse Phone Verification: Customer calls from registered phone number to enter the PIN displayed on web site
SMS Verification. Rather than a phone call, text message is sent to mobile phone
In all phone verifications, OnVerify.com provides phone type information and geolocation to the phone number to further check.

In order to install and setup the plug-in, follow these steps:
- Download the plug in files, extract them to a folder
- Move upload directory contents to VB DocumentRoot
- From VB Admin, import product-onverify_phone_verify.xml from Plugin & Products -> Manage Products -> Add/Import Product
- Open an account at onverify.com (Setup is free, but in order to use verifications account needs to be in positive balance)
- Get userid and apipass from My Profile tab at onverify.com
- Edit or add template according to your needs (you can adjust the wording in the verification)
- Go back to VB Admin, set options from VBulletin Options -> OnVerify Phone Verification Options
