Hi fellow users, this is NOT made by me or done by me in anyway shape or form.
I Found the script from AdminExtra by ChopSuey and the original script is http://adminextra.com/forum/add-ons/607-vbulletin-404-page-redirect-thread.html.
I modified it to make it look more VBulletin style and also the style is Copyrighted to VBulletin themselves.
Fully Editble and customisable. You may have to edit the CSS.
