I use this on my Forum. I needed something quick, small and tidy to use for various reasons.
See in the HTML code below that you will want to change certain things like what, exactly will be scrolling by and at what speed. You can use text or graphics or both.
The "red" markings are values to change - "green" is what I have scrolling by...
I know this was done hundreds of times but this is my idea of small.
And, there are lots of ways to modify this HTML code.
I intend to use this to scroll affilliates by.
Please tell me what you think. . .
