As the thread title says it's a pretty lightweight wiki that http://triplehead.net built for vBulletin. We couldn't find anything that quite fit us without having to bridge it, so we made our own.
THS Wiki utilizes TinyMCE as page editor, threads in vBulletin for pages, and posts for revisions. Most of the phrases are hard-coded but a few phrases included, one additional template and an extra table in the database for settings.
Be advised that some features have yet to see the light of day (such as the Update button in AdminCP), but all in all it's functional.

Suggestions for improvement are always welcome. :-)
