Here are the matching ranks. There is a slight hue of different colours on each of the ranks to separate them from one another. PNG format, so no worries, they will look good on any bg colour.

I had to edit my original posting, attached file and screenshot. I noticed on the "multiquote_on" there was a slight pixel edging around the left side. It wasn't a super big deal and difficult to notice. For whatever reason it was during the saving process. It has since been corrected. I was hoping to catch it before the downloads started. I apologize if it's caused anybody any grief.
