About this hack:
This addon allows to vote for a posting (Top or Flop). This will be visually displayed.

Go to your admin cp, then:
vBulletin Options -> TOF Settings

Global settings of TOF under (vBulletin Options-> TOF Settings)
For certain forums under (Forums & Moderators -> Forum Manager -> Edit Forum -> completely below)
- If delete a Thread or delete a User or delete a Posting, so the matching Votings deleted
- vBulletin Star-Voting can be deactivated
- Minor bug fixes
- completely 3.7. x and 3.8 compatibile
