Some pages, like the registration pages, disable this variable. To use this template on any page follow these steps:
- Open up global.php
- Find:
PHP Code:eval('$header = "' . fetch_template('header') . '";');
- Beneath it insert:
PHP Code:eval('$navbar = "' . fetch_template('navbar') . '";');
