Its functionality and installation instructions are the same as v1: e-steki Banlist so go read there.
v1.1 is better only under the hood: I fixed some bugs and optimized the code.
It works for 3.6.x as well and it might work with 3.5.x.

- Fixed bug that showed the liftdate as 1/1/70
- Fixed bug that required someone to set the users per page for the hack to function
- Added new setting for the banned usergroupids (useful if you have many)
- Fixed bug that showed one less user per page (if you had set it to 10 per page, it showed 9)
