"To Install:
- Unzip vBulletin_3_vBSEO and upload to cpstyles (site.com/forum/cpstyles/)
- Log into your Admin control panel.
- vBulletin Options.
- Admin Control Panel Options.
- Set it to vBulletin_3_vBSEO.
