There's really very little to this mod, it's just a simple hack to get
HelpCenter to notify individuals when necessary.
This mod:
-- Notifies admins on new ticket
-- Notifies user on ticket response
-- Notifies admins on user response
Required:HelpCenter
Installation Instructions:
#1: Install HelpCenter
#2: replace forum_root/helpcenter.php with the one included (I will keep it updated as often as possible).
#3: Import product.xml into products
There are two changes that will be made to the helpcenter Main Settings:
#1: Enable/Disable Ticket Notifications. (On/off)
#2: Notify Email Address. (who to mail).
I added the Notify Email address as my forums (and many out there) use noreply email addresses as the 'from' address, so another address was needed.
