Firstly, many thanks 
to all those who supported my other thread (vB3.6 QuickBan) with feedback:
QUICK BAN in postbit_legacy for vB3.6 -Instantly ban spammers!
and as a result, I've now made adjustments, and have tested it on the latest vBulletin® Version 3.7.0 Release Candidate 4, and it works!

What does it do?
You can now instantly BAN a user from the thread you're viewing, AND, Edit the users Profile, too!
