vBulletin Version Compatibility

This hack can only be used with vBulletin v3.7.x.

This hack is not compatible with v3.6.x and earlier versions of vBulletin, due to fact that social groups were not introduced until v3.7.0.

What Does This Hack Do?

This is an hack adds an extra option to the Search drop down list on the nav bar to allow quick access to the Social Groups Search page.

There are no file or template changes at all, and is phrased.

Installation Instructions

1. Import ms_social_link_nav.xml into vB using the AdminCP Product Manager. If upgrading then set Allow Overwrite to Yes.
2. In the AdminCP, select vBulletin Options > Search Social Groups Link On Navbar Search, enter the usergroups that you want to see the extra link.

Uninstall Instructions

1. Uninstall the product in vB using the AdminCP Product Manager.
