What does this mod do?
This mod allows you to create a message at the very top. It is great for quick little news that need to be seen ASAP (ie: forum downtime, help needed, etc). Please refer for the screenshots below to fully understand what this does as I'm not too great with explinations
There are many many options for it and I couldn't fit all of them in one screenshot. Help will only be given to those that click install.
Instructions:
1) Go to Admin CP -> Plugins & Products -> Manage Products -> Add / Import Product
2) Go to Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> Edit Template -> Open 'header'
3) At the very top of the 'header' template, please place this,
4) Upload informative.png to /yourforumsdirectory/images/misc/informative.png
**If you are upgrading, you must remove / delete this hack from Add/ Import Products before uploading the new XML.
**Be sure to write down your current settings as they will be put back to default!
Next version will include an option to display different messages based on usergroup.
