I've seen this asked a few times, so I'm just passing along how I do it.

Simple template edit:

In the navbar template:

Find:

Code:

Add after:

<!-- Unanswered Posts -->

<!-- /Unanswered Posts -->

This will show all zero-reply posts within the last 30 days.
