I didnt see anyone else release this so i thought i'd release it
To Install:
1. Go To Admin CP
2. Scroll down the left nav and select Custom BB Codes
3. Add New BB Code
4. Fill in the following:
Title: Flash BB Code
Tag: fl
Replacement:
