The activity images only show when you have the activity mod installed. since you don't have this mod installed, you should remove this code as below:
Admincp --> Style Manager --> Fancy iMac --> forumhome_forumbit_level2_post
look for this code:
<div class="smallfont"><b>»</b>$vbphrase[activity]: <img src="$stylevar[imgdir_misc]/activity/$forumactivity.gif">
remove it then hit save
