Go Into Your FORUMHOME Template, Find:
Place This Text Directly Below It..
You Can Also Move This Anywhere On Your Homepage...Underneath Whats Going Or Whereever...This Is For Underneathe The Navbar...Just Copy And Paste The MOD Anywhere On Your Forumhome That You Would Like....
And, You Can Make It Wider Or Less Wide By Changing The Forum Width Numbers... Cant Get Any More Simple...
